Pancit Noodles! Pancit Guisado (Stir-fry) are a traditional Filipino dish made with egg noodle & rice noodle, stir-fried with fresh vegetables (green beans, carrots and celery) with House seasoning. They are a perfect balance of savory, sweet, and tangy flavors that will keep you coming back for more. At Spratlys Kitchen, we make our Pancit noodles from scratch with every ingredient chopped, sauteed, seasoned and stir-fried in-house. You can have it as is with our traditional vegetable mix or add pork or chicken. And we have more options coming soon, so stay tuned! Don't forget to squeeze your lemon wedge!
